2. Aroma(香氣)
“聞”即聞葡萄酒的香氣是否有異味,如果葡萄酒香氣不干凈,那么可以說Faulty(有異味的),比如:
④“This wine is faulty, I think it’s corked.”(這款酒有異味,我想它染上了木塞味。)
“I think it is oxydised.”(我想它被氧化了)

3. Acidity and Tannin(酸度和單寧)
到了激動(dòng)人心的最后一步:嘗,即品嘗葡萄酒的味道。怎么說葡萄酒的酸度?Acidity(酸度)分為High(高)和Low(低),可以說:

⑦“This wine has a high acidity!”(這款酒的酸度很高)
